Absolutely! I think the fact that the properties you list have been hand-picked, the speed of response, and the fact that guests are put directly into contact with us all help to instill confidence. You're filling a niche that online hotel or villa booking sites ignore: guests will always be happier to be able to chat directly with us prior to making a booking.
You don't have a single negative review. How do you achieve that?
Well,we do everything we can to get to know our guests, and ensure that they get to know us and the villa before they arrive. Making sure that we meet or exceed expectations, that we provide exactly what is wanted plays a big part. Every team member plays a vital role - whether it's our Resort Manager or the private housekeeper who interact with the guests directly, the chef, the gardener, technician or our maids. Some may be "invisible" but their contribution is equally important. Our teamwork is amazing and good reviews by happy guests are shared and keep us very motivated! Thailand is renowned for its hospitality, so we need to go further to stand out!
